Psychic News : Normal to paranormal, all predictions pick Spain to win World Cup

Posted by Ellie on 11/07/2010 (270 reads) News by the same author

While the Germany's Oracle Paul Allen, the octopus, predicts Spain to win in the World Cup final, I tried a simple Indian style of prediction -- I'd asked my son to selct one of the two fingers and unknowingly, he too chose Spain over the Netherlands. All of Paul's predictions have come true in this World Cup, why not this one, insist onlookers.

Paul the Psychic Octopus has predicted the winner after he is placed inside a tank of water with two mussels positioned at either end. Two flags of Spain and the Netherlands were placed at each end of the tank and the octopus picked up the winner with his first touch. Going by Paul's past record, Spain will emerge the winner.

Another experiment on Harry, a 700-kg crocodile in a Darwin crocodile park, too gave same result. The crocodile owner Mick Burns, dangled a chicken under a Spanish flag and another hanging from a Dutch flag. He proudly says his crocodile took less than a minute to decide on Spain. He got the idea from watching Paul, an octopus in Germany that has picked the result of every game in the World Cup.

Colorful winner takes it all, going by another prediction. Since red is an aggressive and furious player, Spain may emerge the winner according to this prediction. For centuries mystics linked red with the power to enhance human performance in games. The statistics too say red has more chances going by the theory of probability. And Spain again defeats the Netherlands here.

Reading Nostradamus is another attempt that the Spanish newspaper 20 Minutos tried. The newspaper apparently quotes of Nostradamus's prophecies and draws the conclusion that this particular prediction has a reference to the World Cup. "In the sixth month of 2006 the King of Spain will cross the Pyrenees with his troops. The legions of Beelzebub will battle him in central Europe and suffer doom and destruction. The Holy Grail will then come to Spain." Ignoring the year, the newspaper predicts that this verse is actually referring to the World Cup and concludes Spain's win.

So does Spain's midfielder Sergio Busquets, but more analytical and scientific. "What a game it promises to be on Sunday, two of the greatest footballing nations never to have won the World Cup. Looking at all the teams in this World Cup, these two teams have been playing the most attractive football, which bodes well ahead of the final."

Why does the outlook for Holland so weak? They’ve been very good and aggressive with top players like Robben, van Persie and Sneijder in the team. It is their team spirit which caught the attention of many non-believers in predictions.

What comes out today has two outcomes for certain -- to believe in predictions or not. If it is inclination that prevails over perfection, then Spain may come out the winner. If the match is played in true spirit of team-coordination, then the Netherlands should win.

While majority of predictions pour over Spain's unambiguous win this evening, is there a likelihood of a surprise winner? Sometimes the least expected team may win the finals. Going by that logic, the Netherlands should win this time. Not by their past record but by sheer talent on display this time.

Across the net, many bets and number games are runing wild. From Gujarat's betters to London's sports statisticians, everybody is busy predicting or favouring Spain. Let the paranormal predictions show the way now.
